In this Episode...
Now, when we hear someone getting angry at us, we believe it has something to do with us as a person.
We believe that they are judging us for who we are.
We believe that they are looking out for more imperfections that they can throw against us when they have the chance.
But that is not true.
When someone is angry at you, it doesn't mean they judge you as a person.
It might be something to do with your actions...
It might be something to do with the words that you used...
...but your words and actions do not define who you are as a person.
You know who you are better than anybody else.
When you apply the tapping, you release any strong negative emotions from the past, and you let go of the old outdated way of seeing things.
That will help you change the way you think.
That will help notice a real lasting change.
The process of change doesn't happen overnight, it's a journey...not a destination.
